Kurukshetra University becomes the first A-plus-plus grade state university in NAAC assessment.

Vice Chancellor of Kurukshetra University, Prof. Somnath Sachdeva said that Kurukshetra University has the distinction of being the highest graded A-plus university with a score of 3.56 after the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) assessment. With this, Kurukshetra University has become the first A-plus-plus grade state university of Haryana state.

He expressed his gratitude to all the teachers and staff of the university for their hard work and cooperation in NAAC assessment. He was speaking while expressing happiness at the university after receiving the NAAC A-Plus-Plus certificate from the Bangalore office of NAAC on Wednesday.

Vice Chancellor Prof. Somnath Sachdeva said that Kurukshetra University has achieved a historic achievement by joining 8 universities to get A-plus-plus in the fourth phase among all 480 state universities of India. Kurukshetra University has been granted A-plus-plus grade recognition from 1 February 2024 to 31 January 2031 as per the certificate received by NAAC.
