Bhiwani, November 23: As part of the human resource initiative, the Bhiwani branch of State Bank of India organised a box cricket tournament at KCM Army School on Saturday. About 40 employees from across the district participated in this cricket tournament. SBI Bhiwani main branch chief manager Shekhar Sagar and deputy manager Rakesh Dudeja attended the event and encouraged the participating players. Managers of various branches also displayed their talent in the competition. Giving information about the competition, SBI Bhiwani main branch chief manager Shekhar Sagar said that this competition was played between three teams, Team Blue, Team Royal Blue and Team Green. Team Green emerged victorious by defeating Team Blue in the final match. He informed that the captain of the winning team was Shyam Kumar, Manager Mini Secretariat. In the same competition, the title of Man of the Series was jointly won by Pawan Ghanghas Clerk and Arun Kumar. Chief Manager Shekhar Sagar described exercise and sports as an important part of daily routine and said that organizing such competitions is very important to increase the feeling of team spirit. He said that sports competitions give employees an opportunity to participate in physical activities, which improves their fitness and physical health. He said that sports competitions help in reducing the stress of employees and increasing their energy level.
